Chef
Owner of the famous restaurant and historic landmark Anaheim White House Restaurant Chef has cooked for celebrities and dignitaries from all over the world. Chef began his culinary career at just 14 years old while working with his mother at their family restaurant in Northern Italy. Today Chef Bruno continues to make his mark in the culinary world.



Philanthropist
In 2005, Chef Bruno founded Caterina’s Club, a non profit organization inspired by his mother, Caterina, that serves over 5,000 warm nutritional meals to underprivileged children every single night.

Sir Bruno has inspired change in the world by speaking at special events for over 30 years. In 2011 Bruno was named a Hometown Hero by PEOPLE Magazine was recognized as a Top 10 2011 CNN Hero. Bruno received this distinction internationally televised “CNN Heroes: An All Star Tribute” hosted by Anderson Cooper. More recently in 2013, Bruno Serato was knighted by the Italian Consulate giving him the title, “Sir Bruno Serato”.
